Am i overreacting?
I am throwing my friend a baby shower along with two other girls. The theme from the beginning was baby einstein. The shower is this Sunday. i already made centerpieces and everything. All I asked the other two to get was plates,napkins & cups in different primary colors. Well, now my friend i’m throwing the shower for said she doesn’t like baby einstein theme anymore and they decided to change it. Am I overreacting by getting upset by this?

You aren’t overreacting at all! Your friend is lucky to have someone like you working so hard on her behalf. You spent so much time and energy picking out decorations and what not, and your friend is being inconsiderate by springing a new theme on you at the last minute.
