Is this lady making a “Fair Comment” or a “RUDE Comment”?
This lady decided to “keep” her baby who had been diagnosed with Down Syndrome and made a video about her little girl.
Alot of people wrote “kind compliments” about her little girl.
In the video, the little girl was well, like any baby ‘dribbling’ at some points and at others ‘playing clappa cake’ with her siblings.
But one lady who had some negative beliefs about Down Syndrome decided to write this on the comment section:
“But will it still be cute when at 21, she is still dribbling and playing clappa cake?”
Note:
Oh and btw, I happen to know of a 23 year old woman with Downs. She doesn’t dribble and play clappa cake. She works at Winner’s part-time and plays Softball.
Attention Realists: You obviously believe that disabled children are “life not worth living. Well, someday when you’re 90, in a wheelchair and wearing diapers with dementia, and taking a toll on our “old age homes”, you’ll be see the EXACT same way:P
dude- so true. that is more than rude. its insulting to everyone with feelings- with down syndrome or not. my bff had a sister who died with down syndrome. it is just as much a loss as someone without it. the world comes down to love, not who has what challenges or disabilities. its too bad that woman seems to think that differences are bad.
